Terminal illeum
My wife is diagnosed with terminal ill
eum problem while undergoing colonoscopy. Doctors told it may be TB or chrons.They undergo montu test and TB gold. But they found nothing. So they suggested pentssa 500 my. But since last two month the condition is not improving. Every time she is taking food she feel urgency for movement. Her c reactive protein value also increasing day by day. Please give some suggestions.

If colonoscopy suggests as TB or Crohn, This can be confirmed by biopsy and Genxpert test. Other tests are available for crohns . If everything is fine but still strong suspicion of Tb, Diagnostic laparoscopy can be done .
