Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi..I'm suffering from for past 10 months(suggested to take medicine as and when I get diarrhoea).. Im underweight ..I am not able to eat normal..im getting dirhoea frequently for past 2 months(it became usual) .Also getting bloated often these days..Feeling very down if I get these for even a day. Not able to find what causes it frequently..Is there any diet plan to put on weight with IBS ? Or exercises/ yoga that stop getting IBS? Please suggest any solutions

From past two days i m having bloating stomach,Loose motion and pain in lower abdomain with mild headche and fever.

Everytime when I eat there is no proper digestion I feel bloated in the evening time and I fear to have bowel movement 2 to 3 times a day(not regularly but sometimes). I feel there is lot of gas in my large intestine passing through the intestine to and fro, when I sleep up side down then the complete gas will be passed away through anus. I am also losing my weight I don't understand what my problem even I consulted gastroenterologist, MD, physician and even diabetologist but every one said that I'm alright there is no problem every report is good there is nothing wrong but why I'm facing these problems, please suggest me what I have what should I do?

Headache, white stools,vomiting,dark urine,Feeling weak,bilirubin level-4.8 mg/dl.Nausea Doctor please help
