I am very blouted .... varting a lot and burping and when I burp I have n vart smel and bad tast in my mouth.. what can I do??

Entire stomach pain. Have done 3 day coursw if Cipolex TZH(ciprofloxacin tinidazole). But now right side pain(ascending colon) with gas at the same side. No loose motion too.Plz help.
