This morning, when I went toilet, I noticed blood in the stool after a bowel movement. And it started hurting my anus.

In early of 2008 I was suffering from fever and got consult with a MBBS. He have prescribed me some relevant medicine along with Pantocid 40 for any acidic issue. Since then I am likely to addicted for Pantocid 40. While try to avoid the same, on that day their is some acidic issue and I feel like some acid generation in stomach. Please advise me.
