Pain in Stomach after every 20-30 minute
From last 1 day having pain in my stomach , it's comes in very painfull and feel like i have somthing to out from my stock but in toilette nothing is coming accept few drops of Black-red color liquid that too after too much pain.
Just to explain, this situation started just after my 3 night shift work and during these days i did not eat any junk food or street food.
I was in dieting from last 1-2 month and i never had such issues in past , however 2-3 times in last 3 month i had loose motion.
