Stomach Problems & Remedies

I've noticed for the past couple of days a bump that's not soft or very hard inside my butthole. It doesn't bleed or itch. It hurts slightly.

I am having severe burning sensation in chest.increased belching. Increases when I lie down. Bowel movement is normal. On Rifagut 200mg, Colospa Retard and Pan 40 from past 4 days. But no effect. Loss of appetite

My problem is when ever i had food... I'll get motion frm last 1 year... now that's affecting me like.. i feel hungry within 3hrs after having food... and also I'll get headache because of that hungry stomach... please tell me the solution

I have gastric problem.Gas comes out from mouth with loud sound.I have done endoscopy but evrything is normal.Due to this problem i feel vomiting,headache,eye ache,vertigo,sometimes stomach ache.Due to my indigestion problem i get mouth ulcers in the upper palate of my mouth and toungue since last 3 years at a gap of 2 months which last for 10 day

My report states - Evidence of well defined anterior wall defect of approximately 20 mm seen at supra umbilical region with herniation of bowel loops. Is this dangerous ? As i am having fever for few days now and stomach discomfort too. Should i go for a surgery ? Is it safe ?

After having an endoscopy the findings were; large-ish sliding hiatus hernia with GOJ at 34cm. Minor reflux changes above hiatus hernia. What does this mean, is this something I should be concerned about?
