My daughter aged 15 years Weight 60 kg is going on a trip abroad.... If she has stomach ache (not associated with period) can she have a tablet called MEFEX -SPAS Whenever read?

Yes , for occasional pain she can have it ; however if stomach pain persists she must visit a doctor
