Stomach Problems & Remedies

I'm having a strange problem.whenever i done with poo, smell comes from my body for long time.

It's been 4 days and I keep on having so much pain on my stomach every time I eat and do some activities such as standing, walking or even when I sit. The pain is being triggered when I drink something like water or even if I speak or laugh. I can't even stand for so long.

Everytime i poop theres a blood on it specially on the last part where in everything is out. Its like the hole where the stool ia coming out is breaking in half and it hurts

I am 45 yrs male. i have been suffering from stomach problem for last 22 yrs. i cannot evacuate my bowels completely. i have to go often to the toilet. same stools and frequent. always there is a feeling of incomplete bowel. nowadays I am passing too much Mucus and sometimes blood along with stools. I have lower abdomen pain and also lower back pain. lot of flatulence and gas.

My brother has undergone an abdominal surgery due to a sub acute interstitial obstruction involving the ileal loop in the right iliac. Doctors have removed the extra part from his stomach which was causing obstruction. It's been fifteen days and he is recovering very slow. Only half of the stitches are removed at this point. He is experiencing itching sensation at the affected area. Is this a common behaviour for this sort of surgery? Or should we consult any surgeon again? We are unable to get in touch with the chief surgeon who did the surgery. When we ask them his appointment, they would suggest to speak to general physician available at their hospital. Also, we have sent the removed part to biopsy and got the report. Can you please check the report and suggest if their would be any issue in future? My brother is a 24 year old guy now. I hv a gas problem,due to which i get pain at right side of stomach,i got an treatment fr the same for 7days n i ws ok.. now again I m facing similar issue..also a pain in my back bones... now i don't knw whether its gas or some other issue.which specialist i shd meet.pls guide.

Dear Doctor, as per ultra sound report liver is enlarged in sized 18.8cm and shows diffuse increased in parenchymal echogenicity suggestive of mild moderate fatty infiltration. Main problem with me gas chock and acidity and no proper digestion and pain in stomch
