I have a pain in my left side upper abdomin this pain after had a food this pain is lightly statred

Dear Sir I am 27 year old guy. My problem is that I am missing weight gradually but I intake sufficient amount of food thereafter my current weight is 53 kg only. Also I suffer digestation , constipation, gas problem .I always feel weakness. Have any type of parasites attack inside my body.kindly guide me

Have a big digestion problem... nothing make me hungry...now cannot control on gases...very difficult to hold.

Anything I eat results in loose motions, or lots of gas. not able to adjust to the food

I have been passing approximately 10 stools per day for the past 2 days. I think it may be due to contaminated water that was claimed to be filtered or by something I ate. No blood in stool, however, it is liquidy and of a yellowish brown tinge. Feeling tired and dehydrated.

My son is 45days old on bottle feeding (cow's milk) is suffering from stomach pain n crying a lot from sterday night to pass motion, he has severe gastric problem by birth

Three years ago my mother was diagnosed with gall bladder stones. Since the problem was not very severe at that time so we avoided the operation. However nowdays she complains about weakness, sudden and severe pain in chest and occasional pain in her abdomen (I'm not sure where actually the pain is!) Doctors said that her heart is not strong enough for operation and might prove lethal. Please suggest us what should we do?
