Whenever my bowel is not evacuated properly slight pain on right side of my chest occurs.

My mom was suffering from stomach ulcer and undergone treatment. After 6 months again she complained about stomach irritation and vomit. Endoscopy was done and found h pylori and treatment was done. She was fine and now again 4 months later she again facing same problem

Confluence of the right anterior and posterior sectoral ducts and left hepatic duct could not be visualised on the MRCP images. Immediately distal to the site of the expected confluence, there is a small fluid collection noted alongside the expected common hepatic duct. The tip of the pigtail catheter lies in the vicinity of this collection. There is suspicion of breech in continuity of the common hepatic duct at this site. Showing few linear hyperdensities at this site.

Hi.sir there is no stone in my gall bladder only gall bladder thickness is increase that is 5mm doctor advice me to remove gall bladder can I take antibiotics or finally remove gall bladder
