Inner pain in the middle of the chest from yesterday night i couldnt sleep properly due to thia pain

I m 28 year old, I hv irregular light fever since last 2 month and indigestion problem. ( I donated my platelets 2 month ago) Whatever I take it will cause a stomach pain Please suggest something

I have bloating stomach with pain and irritation. Soon after eating anything the stomach bulges and irritation in the stomach persists through out. I am a diabetic and on medication since more than 10 years.

Right after I took an exam I got such pressure first in my back then in my chest. I got very nauchious then bent over to vomit and nothing came up. Well, I had not eaten since the morning. When I was young I forced myself to... anorexia. I know the sphwinchter muscle is expanded somewhat and had a scopic exam of my gastric tract.. I never want that type of an exam again unless they have me sleeping during the whole exam.Is there no other way to find out about this problem?

I've been experiencing solid pellet poop for over 3 months with no mucous accompanied by some dry skin patches which are neither pink or itchy, but with time they have grown a little in size and number too.
