Pressing on the right side of my stomach is causing more pain and normally I sometimes feel the pain.

I have bleeding on stools while bowling. It is in drop also. It have dark colour. I think it can be internal hemorrhoids.

I had undergone a gall bladder removal surgery on Aug 31st. I was on strict diet for around a month. For the past 2 weeks my food timings have altered and I have also been eating out once or twice a week. I am suffering from stomach issues like gas and loose motions almost every two days. I am scheduled to travel out of the country on work for 2 weeks. What is the diet I need to follow.?
