Consultation for stomach upset
I had undergone a gall bladder removal surgery on Aug 31st. I was on strict diet for around a month. For the past 2 weeks my food timings have altered and I have also been eating out once or twice a week. I am suffering from stomach issues like gas and loose motions almost every two days.
I am scheduled to travel out of the country on work for 2 weeks. What is the diet I need to follow.?

I don't see any good reason to be on diet restrictions from the ur description.
Contrary u should be able to njoy Ur routine diet
