Stomach Problems & Remedies

My wife seems to be having an internal blood loss. Her Hemoglobin and iron Iron levels were very low (5.5 & 7) and also has black stool. Nothing has come up thru Endoscopy, CT Scan and Colonoscopy. Biopsy after Endoscopy and Colonoscopy (Polyps) were also clean. Her Hemoglobin and Iron level increases (10 & 30) when she takes Iron tablet (Bizfer XT) but comes down when she stops taking Iron. Doctors are not able to locate the source of bleeding. Can you please help with possible reasons?

I had constipation problem followed by rectal bleeding. I guess it is from end of the anus. It was so painful. As a treatment i just took a medicine name pilex (himalaya) from the pharmacy. I dont think i am recovering but it gotten worse day by day. The amount of blood increased too much. It was after the motion and sometimes it was so much.
