No such characteristics only loose motions , but the waste is going like a fluid way and also it is severe....... Sometimes felling goodness and tiredness

Hello doctor, I am 29 year old male surfing from Constipation, irregular bowel movement, gas, cramps in near large intestine, small and sticky stools, acid, watery belching, and so on from past several years, besides i have also asthmatic allergy, i went through a colonoscopy also around 6 year back after examination doctor told your large intestine is week, after that i taken multiple medicines but nothing got improved, in jan.2017, i had a surgery for piles and fissure.
