Stomach pain in upper left

I have stomach pain at upper left side and also back side for 3 days, pain is a bit high at night time and no sleep. I'm using gas tablet's but no use. What do I do now?

Hi you didn't clear the location of pain ( left upper/ lower. Any how this may be a kidney stone or may be a large colon infection. You need a physical examination, followed by scan to define the disease.
