Today I got report of liver function test in which my sgot is 53 and sgpt is 49 Is there any risk

For littleless than a month now, I have been farting quite frequently. It doesn't hurt when it happens and no cramps follow. I wish to say its the greasy food Ive eaten lately.But I'm not aure. I don't believe it's colon cancer for I do not feel bloated, i'mnot losing any weight, I don't feel tired, I'm not constipated( Iwas for a time until after I ate healthy food) and there is no blood in my stool. I don't know what's going on. Can you help me?

I am suffering from gas problem from last 10 months. I have taken lots of medicines and tests but no result

My latrine is loose but tougher than Totally liquid.i go latrine only 1 time a day.there is no pain in abdomen..My weight kept constantly loosing..And beside this total hair fall at top of head in small area.

I had my Blood tests yesterday. Results are below. Please someone tell me, do I have some serious liver problem? My doctor didn't told me anything My Sgpt is -> 75 (normal 8-35. SGOT is -> 63 (normal 8-40) Serum Bilirubin -> Total - 1.9 mg/dll (normal 0.3-1.0).Direct -> 0.7 (normal 0.1-0.3). Indirect -> 1.2 (normal 0.2-0.7).
