Constant heavyness in stomach

Recently I started doing job nd from then I feel very heavy in my stomach although I feel hungry at lunch time by heavyness is also there my stomach too gets bloated.i thought it is due to the constant sitting. Bowel Issues

In the past 4 months, I have had rectal bleeding three times, where it covers the toilet paper for one wipe and then it is gone. My bowel habits have also changed and no two stools are the same now.
