Hi, pl look into my blood report and suggest if there is any problem with my pancreas.

I am male 22 year old. Recently two months ago due to very less drinking water and long drives on bike resulted in constipation. Due to hard stools blood was coming from anus while bowel movements. This happened for about 5 days after which the blood stopped. During this time there was mild pain in buttocks region while sitting or driving bike.15 days later again same. No pain during bowel movement but some burning sensation and tenderness in perianal region, blood comes every 3-4 days.
