I am a kidney transplant patient and suffering from loose motion, stomach upset an uneasy since last 40day. I had taken Ciplox-Tz which was not effective. I am taking sporlac trice a day and it also found to be meaningless. I am tired of using different enzyme substitute. Nothing is working. Please suggest what to do. I lost ~4 kg in 40 days. I am not able to digest any food

I had abdominal pain for whole night. it was very high for few minutes then went down after few minutes. again it was hight for few minutes then went down. this whole cycle was going on for full night. pain started arount 7:30 pm after having dinner. still having low pain. pls suggest.

Initially pain was on n off..but for the past 2 days its moderately constant. Unable to sleep, feeling like chest heaviness. Feel like hungry pain...but even after eating, pain is continusly present.
