21 F, Bright red blood in stool no pain.
Last week,I was feeling nauseous+pain in my stomach and started throwing up everything I ate even if it was just water. I went to the ER after this intense pain in the lower right side of stomach couldn't let me sleep. The doctor there suspected It was food poisoning then gave me a shot and pills for the pain. The vomit+pain went away gradually though I was feeling conticipated for 5 days. Today, I no longer feel pain but I have noticed bright red blood in my stool also the stool was dark brown.

If problem persists you need to see a doctor. You may require tests like endoscopy, USG , LFT etc decided upon clinical evaluation.
