Fatty liver
Sir, my father died due to late stage detection of NAFLD in 2015.subsequently on advice of our family doctor, I uderwent LFT and USG tests and was found to have grade 2 fatty lIver,my ALT and AST were raised to 50s. My fibroscan value came as 6.13kpa. I have been asymptotic and having a healthy life style since then .I am also on telma 20 mg for high BP since 2012. I recently repeated my tests, ALT/AST has come down in 20s. Fibroscan 6.10kpa.please advice further.Will I develop NASH eventually
