Stomach Problems & Remedies

Been feeling bloated, been have 3-4 small bowel movements with 4-5 small stools that are about 2" long and soft. Ongoing for last few days, have not felt as if I have had a full bowel movement

I think i have diarrhea but whenever i go to the toilet nothing comes out (probably because i havnt eaten anything except for few bananas) but i conastantly feel like going to the toilet again and again...... Please help

Doctor, I have issue with digestion. 2 months ago i had a stomachepain and loose motion. After taking some antibiotics that problem was gone. But now around a 3 weeks i have to constipate immediate after ytaking food and also i think the stool smells like indigested food. I have diagonised with a doctor and he told me to blood test. Blood test is very normal but SGPT level is 84. So what can i do doctor?

Loose and sticky stool with shiny surface and hard to wipe. stomach pain ang gas after eating. i am facing it for 2 years  since i have no idea what is happend to me and doctors are unable to answer i am just eating medicines and medicines but nothing is working
