I am facing a lot of problem in defecation because of hard lumps,indigestible food in motion .

I had gastric plication surgery 22months ago.1week ago i had horrible unbearable abdominal pain in the upper left side under ribs,i can barely walk,went to ER and had blood test and scanner.doctors found i have iron deficiency and that my spleen is slightly unlarged but said it was ok and better to not have gastroscopy,gave me ferplex and was discharged yesterday from the hosp.the pain is still the same and get worse after eating&drinking even very small amount of food or water what may it be ?

I am suffering from ulcerative colitis from over 3 years now. I am on Mesacol OD 1200mg (twice), Ivepred 4 mg (once, has been reduced from 8mg recently), Folitive (once), Pantocid (once), veenat (once) and neotrexate 15 mg (once a week). Please suggest if the treatment is fine. And is this problem curable. Every time I redue the steroids my bleeding increases

My father have a pain in abdomen last night altrasound report is normal Dr advice rulling iv 3 days use and also eskim and savlance tab before eating and after eating anafortan plus tab but pain is also relif it is ok

I started throwing up and diarrhea at 4am Monday morning I couldn't hold anything down Monday or Tuesday Wednesday I ate a banana and water and crackers still felt nauseated but had a lot of diarrhea I took immodium Thursday it stopped and then Friday night it's been diarrhea and nausea like the beginning. Whatever I eat which has only been one time a day I can't hold down

Stomach ache from last 3 days , with loose motions(only when she eats ) and uneasy ness . What should we do ?

I'm 27yrs old girl. I have gallstones since 2015 (multiple mobile calculi, average size of 5mm & largest one is 8mm). I don't get frequent pain. The first pain which i got was in the November month of 2015. Second pain on 22th oct 2017. Both pain were terrible. Extreme pain. I have done sonography & took advise of 3 surgeons. Doctors advised me straight for laparoscopic surgery (gall bladder removal). I wanna know, is there any other alternative? Surgery is compulsory?

There's pain in the inner side of my anus opening. It's way too firm since last one week causing pain while pooping. There seems to be a kind of very minor size pimple or swelling just inside the anus opening. There isn't any secretion of blood.

Do i really have a ulcer ?? I have this burning sensation in stomach early morning and also a back pain, specially after eating spicy and wrong food Yesterday night i had food very late night and m having burning sensation in stomach and also back pain. I had been taking tibetan medicine medicine since 1 year. M i not cured???

I have gas all day long .Gas is being made for the last 1.5 years .Motion is not done properly . 3-4 times a day has to go to toilet.Even after exercise there is no relief.Also my diet is good and i eat timely.Tell me what to do.what is the cure of this problem.
