My grandmother mother is suffering from hepatomegaly with excessive gas fluid filled and mild dilated loops ,losse stool is not stopping she didn't want to eat anything and when she going for muturation,the losse stool comes out.

I am a female, 23 years old. Since past two weeks I am noticing heartburn and burping 2-3 hours post dinner. I eat digestion friendly food to reduce bloating, such as oats, upma, etc for dinner for this reason, and also take yakult everyday after breakfast. Constantly taking Riflux Forte and Vitazyme syrup each night, but it's not helping. What could be a potential cause behind it and how to solve it ?
