She is currently taking an antibiotic (ornicef) , drotina and piza-d(pantoprazole and domperidone) tablet Current usg shows grade 3 fatty liver changes with gall bladder wall thickening irregularly and gall bladder is contracted with wall echo shadows suggestive of cholelithiasis. What should we do further? Should we give any otger medicine? Should we get it operated?

I have been using pan 40 in morning and razo 20 in evening for one year. Is there any problems or side effects using it long time
