Suffering from severe upper abdomen pain
Suffering from severe abdomen pain since 5 days. Went twice to NMMC Hospital and was given Essom 40 Inj on both occasions. Chest X ray showed WNL. ECG was normal with HR 57.

You may need an ultrasound abdomen to rule out pain due to gallstones. If this is negative, you may require further investigation like Endoscopy
