Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having cricopharyngeal spasm with frequent burping.l daily from morning to night. i dont have heartburn or bloating nor burning feeling. But i gets this Spasm when sitting in hunched position when i get up walk around i dont feel tightness and burping. I also dont have problem when sleeping, lying down makes it disappear while sitting down makes worse. Due to this i'm feeling anxious all time and checking in google all day. I'm having insomnia now. Thus i wake up to this daily.

Too much of gas forming inside my stomach as I observed mostly upper left side & left side down.
