Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello! I've had heart burn for 5 days now. I don't have to eat anything to get it. Burning sensation behind my rib cage as well as the throat. Feels better after having baking soda water. Yesterday, it felt a lot better but now my lower sternum is so sore it feels like someone punched me in my sleep. I could not sleep for the life of me last night and pain continues in that area this morning. Is this a cause for concern or will it go away on its own? Thank you for your time!

When i eat dinner and rise in the morning...it creates gas trouble and headeche everymorning...what should i eat in dinner to relief from this...please help me

My whole digestive system makes sounds most of the time and i have side effects like bloating (sometimes) and i have G.E.R.D and severe acid re-flux. one more thing i noticed that my anus is really itchy lately especially at night time

I've been feeling stomach pain for over a month now. The feeling of fullness even without eating or drinking a lot. Lower stomach pain when stretching and weird stomach sounds. I also have had a lot of air gas, gas that does not smell but is forceful.

I have to go for for toilet 5 to 8 times a day . what should i do? is there any medicine for that?
