My wife delivered son by C-Section but immediate after surgery she developed stool retention issue, she is not able to pass stool completely and feel like to have a call very frequently. Same gynecologist suggested that this is because urinary retention bladder is causing interference with bowel. Please provide suggestions to remove this issue.

Hi Doctor So I have been suffering from constipation , and there is a little pain in my back . With this , I have slight pain in my chest nearly all the time , passing hard stools , pains in the groin region whenever I pass . There’s a little swelling on my left chest .
