Stomach Problems & Remedies

For the last 3 days, I am suffering from loose motion and a mild stomach ache. I can't explain anyone how am i tolerating this problem. I REQUEST PLEASE SUGGEST ME CERTAIN TIPS TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM IN A RAPID WAY.

Been having diarrhoea and cramps for 2 weeks. Not sure if it's lactose intolerance or IBS

What ever i am swallowing comes out immediately, and I feel like there is something trapped in my oesophagus. This is from last 2 days, and even I am feeling difficulty to swallow water, also there is mild chest pain.

Every now and then stomach is paining and pricking all over the belly. Eye are aching. These are symptoms of any chronic disease

I have a tiny blackish lump on the upper right side of my abdomen.its not very painful and it hasnt changed but its been there for 3-4 months now..i went to the skin specialist he says its probably nothing... but can it be anything serious?

I am suffering same problem almost a year and half. Done ultrasound, endroscopic, different blood tests Hbsag, anti HCV, liver function test, Urin test, everything normal.. I tried different medicine such as Sucrafil O Gel, zosa dsr, and different vitement supplements,     Please help me to diagnosis my problem. And treat the root cause of My problem.

I am not going motion regularly Daily going a day after day and I'm having problems of not going daily.
