For the last one year my Stomach gas not executing, & feeling pressure on the left side of abdomen. Done whole abdomen usg but nothing found. All blood test are ok.

I, 26 year male, have been drinking from last 3 years . Have some digestion issues , loose motions some times and acne in back . Gastric is also there in left side of upper abdomen . Just got the report saying direct bilirubin is 0.40 mg/dl . Do I need to worry or anything I can improve in my diet to reduce it

LET TEST SHOWS ALT LEVEL 65; BILURUBIN TOTAL 1.58AND BILURUBIN DIRECT IS 0.56 AND PAIN NEAR THE LEVER
