Bloating and fullness till throat
From few days I am having fullness till my throat ( from upper stomach to neck ) like air inside trapped which gets relieved while burping and again start after few minutes.this sometimes gets too much it causes discomfort causing heaviness in upper stomach and upper back area but no pain is observed. Apart from that stomach bloating and stiffness also I have observed which I can feel while sitting. Bowel movements got changed more like of constipation. Can someone please suggest what test should I already do in advance while visiting to gastrointologist

Remedies for Bloating :Avoid or limit intake of foods known to cause wind and bloating, such as beans, onions, broccoli, cabbage, sprouts, cauliflower.Eat fruits like papayas and pineapples that can help you get rid of the stomach bloating fast.Cut back on dairy products that may cause bloating. Read: Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.Eat smaller meals and avoid eating too much at a time.Rule out food allergies and intolerances to common foods that are common causes of bloating.Avoid swallowing air and gases that can contribute to bloating. Many times there is a requirement of medicines like prokinetics ( To propel food fast), Probiotics and especially medicines to combact Bacterial overgrowth.
