Recurring bloating & fullness
For the last 7-10 days I had been facing bloating and heaviness in the stomach after eating. I had previously been diagnosed with dyspepsia in Feb, and was prescribed rifagut 400, rablet IT. Since I was facing the same symptoms as earlier, I started the same course of medication. I'm currently on the 4th day of the meds. As per the advice given earlier I am taking small meals and light food, no spicy or oily food as well as daily exercise and walk. However I still get very full after some meals especially if I eat something like Paratha and roti. I've been avoiding caffeine and wheat since it seems to make the bloating worse. This has been happening on and off for about 10 days now. I'm a bit confused whether I should keep taking a light diet and the meds, wait it out or consult a doctor. I do not have a history but I do tend to have a sensitive stomach.

If you have been diagnosed with dyspepsia then you can take tab omez 10 before morning meal daily for 15days. Observe your body for improvement, if it helps you then you can continue this medication as much as you need. This is a primary treatment for the condition. It is also an OTC medication. You can complete your existing medication dosage too. Good to know that you are adhering to the doctor’s advice. Hope this helps!
