I accidentally ate a spoiled walnut which was soaked in water for a day,Will it cause any major problem Iam in fear

My Age is 34 unmarried, I have a stomach issue, long time Chronic Constipation, lower abdomen pain , mucus in stool and tight stool , and gastric, hyper acidity, fart, bloating and low apetite, my skin condition is also very bad , some time urticaria , dry skin day by day ,low thirst of water, I can’t drink water , some time feeling vomiting, i took treatment but didn’t get proper treatment please help.

Hi doctor , I seeinn yellow ans dark brown stool time to time. But dark brown comes bit hard as comparw to yellow and it is always first stool which comes out of anus. I am having outside food here ans there since last few day.. including non veg. I am facing ibs kind symtoms time to time. I am anxities paitent and worried if this tool is nornal or somethjng serious. Only other system which i feel, burning after motion if i eat spicy. Hi, I am getting gastic frequently. When even I am reading the book I am getting belching from mouth n while sitting in park as well. I have position back pain from years. Can you please advise why I am getting belching while reading book or sitting park or even while doing meditation?

Intestinal infections feeling nausea, going to poop with abdominal pain, abdominal pain remains all day and feel hot in -4 as temperature in my area is in minus

HI Doctor, I am not able to pass poop for 4-5 days unless I take a laxative which is prescribed by the doctor. I go regularly once I take laxative(15ml) and the poop is too watery at such times. However, If I reduce the quantity of the laxative to 10ml, I can't poop at all for 4-5 days. This has been a pattern since more than a month.I need to understand the root cause why it could be happening. I have mentioned all the medicines that I am taking currently. I drink enough water (4-5 ltrs a day), exercise regularly and I eat homemade food with a lot of fibre involved. Please help. Thanks.

My CT suggests as Intestinal Tubercolosis but I have weakness and there is mild pain in stomach in left lower and right lower abdomen and pelvic pain.i have a issue of frequent hunger and increased appetite so is my issue is of Intestinal Tubercolosis,crohn's or SIBO.what should be done to rule out .colonoscopy did only half of it as splenic fixure spasms

I have severe acid reflux problem from 3yrs... It's not completely cured... My throat always burn like hell after eating anything... What to do I have taken medication also but no use..

My kid is 5.8 years old and complaining about stomach pain while eating since 4 weeks. He says hungry but after eating few spoons, he says stomach pain and stops eating. He is constipated earlier but now it has improved but still stomach pain didnt stop. His lost 1 kg in 2 weeks. Consulted doctor and he said it could be due to stomach infection and indigestion and we had given antibiotics, digestive syrup, laxatives so far and continuing them. Since yesterday he is suffering from fever also. Please suggest if it could be something else which needs serious medical care.
