Stomach Problems & Remedies

In December 2021, my father was diagnosed with Bile Duct tumor. He underwent Whipple surgery for the same on January 2022, where the doctor said that the tumor is a non cancerous tumor. However, he also said that there are chances of its recurring within the next 5 to 10 years. Post this, he was administered 6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy and given medicines. This ended in June 2022. After this, the doctor said to come for review once in every 3 months. During these reviews, ultrasound scan and blood tests were taken and everything was declared normal. On January 2023, the doctor asked for a CT scan and confirmed that everything is normal, after which no further appointments were needed. Till August 2023, everything seemed to be fine. However, for the last 1 month,  my father is complaining of a sharp pain in the liver area, which occasionally comes and goes. Also, when he lies down on his right side, he feels a sharp and shooting pain at just one spot in the liver. Your advice?

I have a pain in right side near the lever, 6 months back i was suffering from fatty lever, and now again the same problem.

Some time pain near right side below chest. Gone through C section 2years back. When pain happens its unbearable. Low oily and healthy diet is followed. Physical activity is less. LFT test was done. My husband is having fever and stomach pain along with watery loose motion since last mid night. I just want to ask if norflox tz medicine can be given in this case?

Hi! Good day! I just want to ask if what medicine can I take for my stomach pain? I've been experiencing it for days now and the pain feels like it's twisting inside the upper middle part if my stomach. I also noticed that whenever I do not eat on time, it'll hurt more. Hello Doctor, I have an complications like my stomac or chest , triceps fat is not thick constantly, its changing like some time better some time feel like fat thickness flushout from body, not sure the cause of it due to that I couldn't able to sleep on normal floor without matters ,if I sleep without matters I use to get pain on my buttock or back side, muscle orlike week air in balloon , complaint some thing different but unable to find the root cause , checking weight it not much changes , but almost 5 kg reduced from 2021 now 65kg . No loss on cpk 105 is the value ,not autoimmune issue consultby romatologist..

Due to repeated use of antibiotics for over a period of 6 months ( for abdominal pain , nausea and acid reflux) , I have been experiencing leaky gut symptoms since a month which include : 1) severe headache post food intake 2) skin issues - itching, rashes 3) joint pain and body pain , pins and needles sensation (especially feet) Which tests would confirm leaky gut and what is further course of action to reverse the symptoms.Any help would be appreciated. NOTE :  No probiotics were prescribed by the doctors during the antibiotics course which seemed to have triggered the symptoms due to dysbiosis .

Over the past 2 years, I had been experiencing frequent burping throughout the day, especially after eating, drinking water, or even on an empty stomach. Despite consulting multiple doctors & undergoing tests like Abdomen Ultrasound, CT Scan, & Upper GI endoscopy, all reports came back normal. Medications like Pantocid IT, Rantac D, & Colonise Forte capsule haven't helped much. But now after eating in regular intervals and small frequent meals the burps have reduced. Simultaneously I also face difficulty clearing my bowels in the morning & need to visit the toilet two or three times. Sometimes I need to visit the toilet immediately after eating anything. Sometimes I feel a strange vibration/ pulsation in my stomach/intestine. Very few days stool is well formed log and mostly days it's loose, watery or gassy. Additionally,I smoked for ten years but quit almost a year back. Used to drink occasionally but that also I have stopped. I am deeply concerned & seeking advice & a solution. HELP

Hi, I get gassy very easily and have been noticing bloated stomach past few weeks & months. Earlier I was suffering from food regurgitation and acidity, constipation at times for which I was asked to do endoscopy and usg in the month of March. The reports came normal & endoscopy report was given dyspepsia. I was given a gas meds to be taken for 2 months... But when I left it started again. Now my frequent food, regurgitation has reduced because of certain lifestyle changes like small meals in right intervals, proper hydration, basic workout but gas problem still persisting. Even getting lower body pain out of trapped gas. Anything that can help me with this issue? and should I get another usg as I sometimes get discomfort in my right abdomen when get gassy.

Five days back my daughter has vomited twice. Afterwords she become normal . After that she is in medication of jr lanzol 30 mg for past five days. Still she has yeppam immediately after eating followed by hiccups for one to two minutes . No stomach pain and all. Appetite is normal .why immediately after eating she has burping..
