I have occasionally low quantity painless bleeding during bowl movement . It stops after day or two. But after three to four months it happens again.

Anal fissure or fistula. That's common. If it is continuous need immediately visit General surgeon . If occasionally then not an issue. But do check ur hemoglobin level .
