What is the name of a general deworming tablet for adults? I haven't dewormed in years. How often should adults deworm?

Sometimes there is a terrible pain below the navel. Then there is pain in the lower part of the chest and it feels like gas is stuck in the throat only at times.I have a terrible pain below the navel and it is now five months after my delivery, is there anything wrong doctor, what is this?

I have beed worms infection from the last 5 Years, it comes and goes but is not cured at all. Three months ago I got an acute pancreatitis attack with diarrhea. I am a female, 23 years old. Since past two weeks I am noticing heartburn and burping 2-3 hours post dinner. I eat digestion friendly food to reduce bloating, such as oats, upma, etc for dinner for this reason, and also take yakult everyday after breakfast. Constantly taking Riflux Forte and Vitazyme syrup each night, but it's not helping. What could be a potential cause behind it and how to solve it ?

Hello sir/mam, I'm 25 yr old, student. 4 weeks back I found that there are worms in my stool. I visited doctor and he was prescribed Bandy plus for 3 days in the afternoon. Even after i taken worms are keep coming, but I don't have any symptoms like diarrhoea or pain. Worms are like 0.1mm-1mm small, white, segmented worm-like structures, The larvae had segments, each with short spines at its posterior margin.

Please suggest medicines. I have watery diarrhea 5 to 6 times a day since last 3 days. And stomach is not feeling empty even after that
