I m suffering from nausea ,mild stomach pain and pain from upper back to hip . I hv sour taste in mouth also . My cbc report is normal but esr value is 20

I have constipation and have bloating with gas.. sometimes the stomach ache too much.. n sometimes I want to vomit.. but the constipation situation remains the same.. please suggest some medicines for bloating gas and constipation.. thank you

From October there is right abdomen and lower right abdomen discomfort and gas burping.. crp esr lft rft CBC normal.. and at times lower right back discomfort aswekl
