2 days, I had intense pain in upper abdomen. I thought it was because of gas. So, I took 300mg of aciloc, pentaparazol and dompreidone. Felt little relief for half an hour. After that pain started again and it was unbearable. I had to visit  hospital and get injection for pain. Next day, I consulted a physician and he gave some medicine and advise for light diet. I had light breakfast around 11. And lunch at 2. And around 3:30, I had intense pain again and it was unbearable. Again, I visited hospital in emergency and got the injection. Following day, I had undergo blood test and Ultrasound. In Ultrasound there were multiple gall stones of 3-5 mm size. And today, I am advised to go under surgery. Is it necessary to remove gall bladder due to multiple small stones? Can medicine can't dissolve those stones?

Hello everyone ,it all started with acid reflux and subsequently having loose motions with increased gas formation. Stomach pain followed by gas reflux with loose motions are being common symptoms. The smells which exits through mouth is foul smell and highly uncomfortable. Been to General physician suggested Omeprozole and Unizyme which couldn't help much where combination of Pantop D and Unizyme has helped which got through Practo consultation. Any advice how to get heal and to avoid such condition in future. Thanks for your time and much appreciation to your response.

Underwent Endoscopy and results says "GOJ ulceoproliferative lesion" and further sent for biopsy So want to know what is this observation and anything serious on this?

I live in Uttrakhand, having major gastritis issue, in an average 4 times a day for motion pass and and chronic constipation issue,I urge to pass stool frequently however unable to get fresh properly.3 months back diagnosed with piles took treatment with Aayurvedic dr now piles gone completely but gastric and constipation issue is still the same, facing this issue since last 5-7 years, one dr said it's the condition like IBS. Hello Doctors, i had drinks and meat last night and in morning today i had dark black stool. I have gastric issues like bloating and an improper bowel movement. Can anyone please help me with what should i do next? Is black stool sign of worry? And what should i do with the improper bowel movement? Sometimes i feel I've not freshen up even after going for poop in morning.
