My dad is been suffering from hyper acidity since last one year. Undergone various treatment but no as such improvements. Even after taking PPI he feels heart burn in mid night. Recently done blood test his H.pylori test is positive. Other than that everything is normal no sugar no bp no past history of anything. Need guidance for further treatment.

I feel mild pin and needle sensation in the upper left abdomen side, I want to know what is the causes of it and how to manage it? Please advice

I have Pain below rib cage on both side on pressing. Normally I doesn't now. Earlier I had a abdominal pain symptom on one side and then it got fine and then started on other side but pain abdominal pain has reduced but when I press below rib with my fingers I feel pointy pain. Also, earlier I had some gastrointestinal symptoms like bloating and stomach growling and hunger, all these symptoms are not there anymore.

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing the following symptoms: Urge to go to toilet after full (large) meal. Sometimes accompanied by little stomach cramp and semi solid stool. bloating Dark colored stool (blakish brown) Last 10 days I had been eating outside food daily, as there was no one at home. I'm on diabetice and anti anxiety medication. I am on work from home. Please advice. Thank you.
