Stomach Problems & Remedies
Noticed bleeding while passing stools
In initial when I used to pass stools I noticed just few drops of blood. But later recently noticed large amount of blood while passing stools. It doesn't happen often but this happens to me around 2 to 3 times in a month. I don't feel pain when I pass stools, it doesn't even notify me it's going to happen just randomly I noticed it. Stools I pass also doesn't look abnormal, I feel uncomfortable when I travel outstations thinking what if I pass blood again when I poop, is it anything serious or can it be cured. I even found out that on the place where I pass stools there was this strange thing like a part something similar like a gland sticking out. Can anybody help me with it . Is it curable with medications. Feels uncomfortable to express the situation. My commod turns red if this happens because of the blood and I get panicked just by seeing it. Please give me some good consultation to cure this.

Can IBS happen without pain/cramps
Hi all,
I have had indigestion for a year. My symptoms are incomplete evacuation, smelly gas all day, mild burning sensation in the lower abdomen and unformed stool(mushy). I don't have any pain and my endoscopy, colonoscopy, ttg and blood reports, are normal. I'm H.pylori positive but in endoscopy the symptoms of gastritis are not present, hence the doctor has not given the treatment saying that it's there in 70% of Indians and 14 days course may worsen your symptoms.
1)What is the disease I'm suffering from?
2)Should I get H.pylori treated?
Please help I'm suffering a lot.

Treatment for fissure and piles
I'm 24F and I just discovered that I have Haemorrhoids which is big and swollen along with fissure. Is there any way to treat other than laser surgery? Also there's no bleeding as I confirm daily and I've increased my water intake and been walking in the evening because of my constipation problem.
About me- I've a sitting job and my diet frequently has spicy non-vegetarian curries but I do not have habit of fast food like burger fries etc. Also I lift weights but now avoiding working on my lower body as fissure stretches.
