I have a old digestion problem. Self Liver Function Test and Ultrasonography test has been done. Suggest anything serious in this report?? is it a jaundice in Liver Function Test??

My son had constipation 30 days back. He didn't poop for 3 days and I gave him dulcolax suppository and he pooped. After this he didn't poop for 2 more days and I gave him another dulcolax suppository. After these two incidents he has fear of pooping and whenever he gets the sensation of pooping he starts running and tries to hold it in. Don't know how get rid of his fear from his mind.

Is it ok to drink amla juice ,lemon juice or any other fruit juice when suffering from stomach flu and geatroentritis. Please advice

I am having urine infection my doctor has prescribed me bactrim ds tablet twice daily for 20 days. Do I need to take any gas tablet like pantocid dsr, pantop 40 in empty stomach along with the antibiotics? Pls tell me

I had been detected with enlarged liver measuring 182mm two months back. It's grade 2 fatty liver. This was mainly due go alochol consumption. I have quit smoking and drinking for the past two months, the latest sonography shows 181mm despite taking liv 52 regularly and keeping an eye on the diet. One ayurvedic doctor has recommended regular use of sarva kalp kwath of patanjali for liver and another doctor has recommended chilodenium homeo drops for enlarged liver. Can any doctor suggest on what's the best medicine for liver enlargement and gallstones? Thanks
