Stomach Problems & Remedies

I was struggling with severe constipation and blood in stool since last few months after I joined gym and started little deiting. I have stopped dieting constipation didn't go away so doctor recommended me Softovac and I have been taking it since 4 days and I have been having normal stools since then but I am scared that if I stop consuming that powder I will again have constipation... According to my age I feel it's too early for such powder will the constipation return if I stop taking that powder???

I am suffering from GERD issue for last 10 yrs but still I find no relief ,I have done upper GI endoscopy each time the results are the same Antral gastritis ,Lax LES ,Dyspepsia,this acid has destroyed my throat my teeth's and what not ,I have eat at the middle of night coz I just can't stay empty stomach for more then 2hrs max then again acid starts to rise upwards causing severe discomfort and effecting my work my life ,this acid reflux has caused insomnia and anxiety issue to me ,I mean one bloody problem gave birth to 100 other problems ,which further includes indigestion,constipation,due to taking antacids for over 10 yrs it has decreased my iron absorption due to which I got anemia ,the root cause of all health issue starts from ur gut ,I tried homeopathy ,ayurveda ,allopathy and what not !!I think medical science has failed miserably in solving my gut issue!! If any of u have the answer then plzz reply back !! I will be surprised for sure if at all I find a solution!

Why do I need colonoscopy after a normal blood test and USG (attached), have on and off pain on the right side of my stomach for almost one month now. No other significant symptoms. Gone through tests and that's normal now as per doctor i need colonoscopy if not got better in a few days. What is he suspecting, and what usg can't tell if there is a problem?

Dear Doctor, From past four weeks I have suffered illness twice with cough throat pain fever and gastric issues, consulted plumonogist and gastroenterologist and treatment advised with cough syrup, azithromycin once day and betadine gargles. And for gastric issues advised pantoprazole, Eldicet twice daily and levosulpiride for 05 days. All cource completed but still having stomach issues like bloating and ache, stool examination done which was normal aprat from Acidic reaction and my CRP was 4.2 within in interval, all my concern is I have lost 3 to 3.2 kgs wt within 4 weeks. Is this normal or to be concerned for further evaluation, kinldy help me.
