My stool is green and mucousy. I have seen a doctor, he gave me medicine but it stopped loose motions but not the green color. Its been more than 15 days now.

I am feeling this from last two weeks or so during night specially. I get up feeling pain or tightness in lower abdomen like I have urge to pee but it is generally the gas that is causing the bloating and giving sense of urination. However the quantity of urine is not very much. Then after some of the gas gets released and I start feeling normal again this is happening in early morning hours. Please help, is it because of gas simply or is it related to urinary system as well. And I am not able to release gas have to exert pressure. I also have have to wait or exert pressure while getting fresh during morning.
