Hi sir is there a treatment for h pylori infection in ayurvedic plz let me know sir. And gastric and one side head ache past 1week.

I am suffering from piles which comes back every time. I used to apply pilex cream , it gives me temporarily relief but again it comes if i put little bit of strain while passing stool. Moreover apart from swelling of anus i find a small painful white pimple next to anus. i find somewhat difficult to sit as it pains . kindly help.

I had been taking yashthimadhu tablets since 45 days and doctor adviced me not to take non veg but last week since my family members forced me I took some non veg and the next day I had severe stomach pain, what has to be done, whether to continue tablets or not
