I am suffering from the problem of diarrhoea since many years and i got it every 1-2 week. To which dr i should consult

While brushing, some times yellowish bitter fluid comes in vomiting. If that fluid doesn't comes out, I feel headache and vomiting sensation when I ever I smell some odd smells. Especially when I travel in Buses/cars(because of AC). Because of this I also feel like dizziness and headache slight above neck. Please suggest some medicine for the same to get relief from this.

Am going to have these medecines (probiotic n Simethicone because I have bloated stomach problem. Is it Ok?

I havent been able to poop properly for about 5 days now.
