I have fissure problem since long, but since last 3 days there is pain and bleeding. I have used hot water bath to sit, used Shield ointment but still there is pain. Can i use pottasium permanganate in hot water bath. Will it help?

Hello I had severe constipation problem since last week and every morning it gets harder for me to pass the stool.complete dry hard stool and no improvement shown.i jad use stool softner, warm water , triphala powder and oother homeopathic and allopathic medicine but still having the dead hard pain of hard stool.please help
