Last month I suffered from typhoid and recoverd from it but i used to have fever again 1.when I travel I use to have fever and muscle pains and more i can't furt and can't eat my healthy diet sometimes I use to have abdominal pains plz tell me what is the reason ???

I have external heamorroids. No blood loss. Consulted local doctor gave Anovate cream. Applied cream but pain is persistent. Any painkillers?

My stomach  ultrasound ,CBC and LFT profile normal.
