I have IBS. Can it be eradicated completely by Root? Which type of treatment should I follow to completely get rid of IBS - D?

I have Sgpt as 147 and sgot as 224 platelets as 90000 please suggest the issue and medication i have fever as well

Today accidentally I have consumed cloth washing detergent powder. The amount of detergent I ate was approximately 5 grams. It actually got mixed with my Rice due to my carelessness. My mouth and throat is burning a little bit but there is no vomiting. I have drank plenty of water. Will anything happen to me? Does detergent consuming harms the stomach? Will I have ulcers and gastrointestinal bleeding?

My mother has a constant stomach pain in her stomach from last couple of days and she is not able to sit as well and her left hand alps has a pain n shivering in one hand as well

Im suffering from frequent burping from last 1month. Usually it starts everyday at 7pm and stays fir 2 to 3 hours. I had gastritis(bloating issue) in the past(1 year ago) and went for colonoscopy and endoscopy.  doc said everything normal after these tests. From last 1month i am on good diet and had stopped taking spicy and gassy foods except 1tea in the morning. Im also taking yogurt at night and probiotics(vitagen) every morning. But none of these are helping my frequent burping. Btw i usually eat rice 3 times a day. But none of these r helping me. Could you kindly advise. Thank you.

I am having very high fever every evening it starts and it's very high I have vomited twice and consulted doctor as well but after all the tests malaria, typhoid which are negative he suggested some antibiotics and paracetamol still it's not getting better now my stomach is hard and I have acidity there no pain but constipation and heaviness near my chest area sometimes I cannot breath properly doctor says it's acidity I have taken medicine for the same but still every evening I have very high fever

Hi i am suffering from fatty liver from last one and half years ( i have a history of beige drinking) but now I am experiencing pain in liver area.

I have been facing face heart burn, bloating issue from last 2 years. 1.5 years ago i went for endoscopy n colonoscopy in which it was found that i had h pylori infection, haital hernia. But the issue of bloating did not get solved after treatment also. I get bloating started after lunch. My stomach do not get empty in morning which causes discormfort. Did not find any food to which i am allergic, no pain felt no weight loss. Only problem is gas n heart burn did not experience weight loss also. Low b12 most of the times. I have tried ayurvedic treatment also but of no use and allopathic also did not solved the issue in first place and recently i have started ayurvedic treatment which has not shown much of effects. I fear that it should not be some big disease please give suggestion on this n if u need anymore information please do let me know
