What is the difference between grade 3 fatty liver and stage 3 fatty liver?

I have sgpt 93.1 and sgot 51.7 without pyridoxal phosphate Please let me know is there any serious condition

I'm having pain in the lower left side of the chest.Sometimes popping sounds are also heard.When I lie down situation becomes worse.The pain usually spreads to my arms neck and shoulder too. I think more pain is experienced in the left side.And most of the days early morning I experience nausea and sometimes vomit. I don't know whether it's due to acid reflux,anyway the pain is sometimes unbearable.
