Acidity occurring daily even after using sever antacid .currently use Pantakind reflux but not much more effective

Hi, in office i forgets drinking water mostly even though there is no work load. Sometimes i only drink one glass of water and my colleagues drink 2 litres almost. Why my body doesn't give signal to me to drink water. Is there any problem in my body.

Very often omitting . Only water with sour test will go every time he omits. Later he will have headache

I think my body digestion is stopped, I am unable to pass stools , if sit in toilet for long time and give more pressure, only a pebble size stool passes, so will I survive , or I may die coz of digestive function failure

When i come home from outside my heart rate is 95-110 while lying..is anything to worry about...ecg n echo has been done n its normal...n my thyroid is 5.96...does my heart rate goes up because i get panicky n worried...??
