B12 is not absorb properly I have acidity and gas problem due to h pylori infection I was taken treatment for h pylori but after 2 years still have stomach issues how to heal this issue?

I have acne since 7 years ! And my digestion is not good like i have mild constipation and im experiencing weight loss i love 6.5 kg in 9 mnths My doctor told u have nothing just weak liver ...he gave me dabur hepano tonic im feeling bettr but my acne agrevated and having gas issue with sticky substance during defeacation plz answer

I am facing a problem of severe pain in stomach after eating. Just after eating anything I am facing cramps and pain in stomach.

Is cypon tablet or syrup safe. I have low appetite and so my doctor advised me to take cypon syrup. Is there any side effect?

I had cesearian operation and it was around 42 days till today. I am breastfeeding my baby. Loose motions started for me. Can I use tablet to control it? Will it affect the milk I'm feeding for my baby? Or will it affect my baby? Pls help

Due to bitter taste in mouth last 1year I was taking acidic reflex medicines.Its doesn't make any difference.I was diagnosed with gallbladder polyp(multiple polyp with highest 7mm).Recently I did 24ph test and esophagus manometry.24 ph test result is -ve and values showing no reflux.but still I feel bitter taste and sticky lips and bad breath (I did endoscopy-result was gastritis,-ve h pylori effect).Doctor is not 100%sure but saying that problems due to gallbladder only and need to remove it.What I have to do?i am feeling discomfort in left bottom abdomen also.

I feel like I have to go for poop after every meal whenever I take my lunch or any other meal during the day I feel that I need to go to the toilet.

Yesterday i used to burp for around 50 times in a minute. What shall i do to overcome that. Also, i consulted two doctors earlies for the same but i didnt got any fixed solution for the same.
