Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am taking normal diet, including salads and buttermilk in diet. but in evening i feel acidity or constipation. sometime stools also hard and taking more time i feel like something in bowel veins sometime.

Hi Doc, I have got severe stomach pain 1 week now improving with medicines but still lot of uneasiness and strech on stomach. Endoscopy revealed that lax haitus in Esophagus and in stomach- moderate chronic erosive gastritis and bile residue plus plus Medicine and endoscopy results attached. When will this uneasiness of stomach such as haviness and stretching of stomach go away? Need your advice. Thank you in advance.
